  11. The auction for the remains of C= will take place in New York on
  12. 21 April 95. Considering this fact (for those who choose not to
  13. believe me, go read Jason Compton's recent postings in c.s.a.misc)
  14. and the fact that CEI, one of the bidders for C= has publically
  15. stated its intentions to rev up production and sales of A4000s and
  16. A1200s as quickly as they can if/when they become the winning
  17. bidder (recent info leads me to believe this could be done within
  18. 90 days of the auction, or less, depending on inventory at the
  19. ex-C= Philippines factory and other factors), it would be as premature
  20. for NewTek to have already decided that LW 4.0 will be the last Amiga
  21. version as it was for IDG/TechMedia to decide a few weeks ago to
  22. make the April '95 issue of Amiga World magazine the last issue.

  24. NAB may or may not necessarily tell, since NAB in Vegas ends a good
  25. week before the C= NYC auction begins.

  27. Unless, of course, Mr. Jenison has already made up his mind, and
  28. at this point in time only he knows for sure and I've yet to see
  29. him post anything here.
